We offer our clients several options:

Option 1
No fees option
Our services are totally free but we take a share in the profit. This gives our investors a lot of confidence in what we do because we're prepared to do it for free as we‘re confident it will be very profitable. The exact share in the profits will depend on the amount to be invested and the strategy to be followed. This option is our preferred option.

Option 2:
Fixed fee option
We provide these services for a fixed fee/ property. This fee is to be agreed depending on the amount to be invested and the strategies to be followed.

Option 3:
Fixed return option
If you rather have a fixed return, you could earn a fixed return on your investment from 10.0% to 15.0% a year plus a profit share on the resale of the property depending on the amount that you invest.
