housing prices and resulted in a large number of foreclosures. This will not remain the case as the US government has moved very fast and is injecting hundreds of billions of Dollars into the economy.
The fundamentals of the US economy remain strong while the USA is still about one third of the world’s economy.
The economy is cyclical and the cycle will turn sooner or later and recessions are always followed by prolonged periods of strong
economic growth. History tells us that the deeper the recession the stronger he growth. There are signs already
that the economy is strengthening or at worst stabilizing.
So while it is unlikely that any further price drops will occur, even if they do, the potential for appreciation is much greater.Property prices have already gone down quite a lot so they have little room for further losses.You can now buy a single family detached house in one of the main US cities for just $20,000 to $40,000.
